The Taylor Bloxham Group is celebrating making the final shortlist in not one, but a total of four separate categories at a national printing industry awards event.
The nominations were made in recognition of the company’s high print quality for a range of clients and across a variety of projects from brochures to magazine print.
Following a rigorous judging process for the annual PrintWeek awards, the print and marketing communications company is in the running for ‘Bespoke Magazine Printer of the Year’, ‘Brochure Printer of the Year’, ‘Customer Service Team of the Year’, and ‘Social Stationery Printer of the Year’.
The best that the UK print industry has to offer
There were over 600 submissions for the awards and over the past few weeks, leading print buyers and independent experts have shortlisted those who represent the very best the UK print industry has to offer.
The Taylor Bloxham Group is one of 60 finalists who will be competing across 24 different categories at the event which takes place at the Grosvenor Hotel in London in October.
“We are delighted that the quality of our magazine, brochure and social stationery printing has been recognised by the judges in the shortlist alongside the dedication of our customer service team,” explains Robert Lockwood, CEO of Taylor Bloxham Group. “The judging process is extremely challenging and only the best of the best make the final so we were delighted to get this far in so many categories.”
Investment in print technology pays off
In 2017 The Taylor Bloxham Group was highly commended in the ‘Bespoke Magazine Printer of the Year’ category, just missing out on first place.
“We hope to go one (or even four) better this year. 2018 has been the first full year that we have been able to use the various new equipment and facilities bought in the aftermath of a serious fire that occurred at our headquarters in 2017. The significant investments that the Group has made have increased turnover and have allowed us to offer a quicker and more cost-effective service with the highest print quality,” adds Robert.
The annual PrintWeek awards ceremony is a prestigious event in the print industry calendar. The awards are completely independent and judged by professional; print buyers as well as experts in finance, environment and customer service.
